This humorous twist for Thanksgiving is a fun time for all readers. The children will enjoy the story while adults will love reading it to them. You will gain that excitement for the Thanksgiving holiday which was before reserved for the Jolly Old Elf and another special time of the year.
The familiar rhyme and rhythm of the verses will add to the pleasure in reading this story. Don't laugh too hard and forget to enjoy your feast the next day.

This book is great for kids to see where exactly their turkey dinner comes from! A lot of us take for granted that our food is just there - not what has to be done to get it there and this is a delightful story for young and old alike. It is truely the essence of being thankful for animals.
