Whatever I cook from it takes me back to Thailand and all the ingrediants are very easy to find in the UK. The only comment that I have against the book is that for someone who is new to thai cooking there are not enough pictures to show what the finished dishes should look like. At the time, this was the only book I could find on the subject - now that the shelves are groaning with Thai cookbooks, I still find that this book is my ultimate reference on Thai food, with all the favourites in easy-to-follow recipes.
