Ainsley Harriot's Meals in Minutes
We got this recipe book several years ago and I'm always amazed as to how much we keep using it. Often repeated family favourites are: Simply Smokin' Paella, Acapulco Chicken and Wat Kai Thai-style Red Curry. We also do the Medley of Mushroom Risotto. They are realistic family weekday meals. Thank you Ainsley for this book!

We have had this book for about a month and we have used it nearly every day - it is a fabulous book with all different types of recipes, from every day cooking to special occasion food. I would not be without it.
