I bought this album thinking it would be brilliant like some other Green Day ones. I was dissapointed. I wouldn't buy the album either. But we aren't reviewing the album but the tab book. Now, I had been playing for about six months when I got the album. I worked it all out in about an hour and a half, mostly on first listen. Its all the same. Ab5 powerchords all the way through. Its not hard. Its not worth forking out this amount of money for something that can be worked out so quickly. Just another get-rich-quick scheme from your friendly neighbourhood corporate sell outs, Green Day.

This is an excellent book that my music teacher bought for me cuz I kept asking him for it. It features every song from the American Idiot album as follows:

These are all the songs they have in the book, as played in Green Day's 2004 album American Idiot. If you like Green Day and you play guitar this book is definitely for you! It has every song not missing out any details including the two 9 minute monster tracks Jesus Of Suburbia and my favourite Homecoming. So I advise you to buy this book! If you go to this page:

You can see Green Day perform the ENTIRE American Idiot show. Every single song on the album. You can also watch how they play it, there technique's and stuff... They played this concert in The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, in August 2005. Enjoy!
