Reader Reviews:In depth (0/0 people found this helpful)Excellent in-depth study of networks. As good as any other. However, it is a bit technical in parts, and math orientated, which while a focus of networks does not need to be its standing limb. Still worth the time and money. What we really need it a book that assumes a given level of networks so the osi reference model or well known protocols are not discussed from scratch. An experts book if you will. Know of any? Excellent! (0/0 people found this helpful)Keshav has produced an excellent book. You find yourself understanding the working of netwrok protocols like it's no big deal. A very good choice of examples too. It is a typical text book --it's dry. But that's the fault of the topic rahter than the author.
