Reader Reviews:Excellent Course kit (2/2 people found this helpful)I use this book almost every week for my politics course. It is specifically designed for the Introduction to Political thought module at Cardiff university but any university undergrad can use it for a basic outline of the fundamental teachings of political thought. It includes the main political ideas, from Aristole all the way to socialism and utilitarianism. Each chapter is clearly laid out and provides a good outline of each theory. A must have for any politics course! An Introduction to Political Thought: A Conceptual Toolkit. (2/2 people found this helpful)This book is really useful as an undergrad text book or as a reference tool for non specialists. It is laid out simply and explained in depth. Overall the best description I could give of this book is user - friendly. It presents a great deal of information without being over complicated or dull. All in all a good read and a must by for any Politics Undergrad. A great book!
