... because (OI has got to be great ...) because I've been looking (unsuccessfully) for the movie, on video or anywhere, for years, having seen it once years ago, probably on NY area TV. It was a beautiful story and film - Ralph Richardson, Trevor Howard, Morley, 'Aissa' - a tale of a man too small to cope, to weak to succeed, too besotted to survive. Please someone tell me where to get or tape the film.
