Reader Reviews:Good recipes and easy to follow instructions. (5/6 people found this helpful)I waited for this book with high expectations and those expectations weren't dispelled when i received it. There are ghanaian dishes aplenty to try out and each recipe is simple to follow. I had already cooked some of foods in the book before, such as jollof rice and the black eyed bean stew , but it was nice to see a different way this could be done and the different seasonings which could be used.
Very useful! (17/17 people found this helpful)I found this book very useful indeed as a reference or reminder for our wonderful food. You may be a beginner or polishing skills or simply wanting to broaden your home menu. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. They even tell you how to clean fish! Nothing is taken for granted.
