As being a ballroom and latin dancer myself, I found this book benefitial to my knowledge of dancing. It is definitely worth a read, whether you are an expert or beginner. There is a lot to understand in dancing before doing the physical side of it. This is why reading and researching produces better dancers than those who just want to call themselves dancers for name's sake.
There aren't many books which are as informative as this one so I certainly do recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about this sport.
