Never too old for the Beano! (1/1 people found this helpful)
This was bought as a stocking filler for my husband and it would not be Christmas without it. It just goes to show that you are never too old for the Beano. It also proved a hit with the grandson who is only 6. It was especially nice in view of all the electronic wizardry and the like that Santa brought him thaat he still only wanted to sit down with his Grandad and read the Beano.

Tradition says that I have to buy this for my brother evey year despite the fact that he is now a full grown adult. He enjoys it each and every year, the Beano never disappoints.

If you are a Beano fan you'll love this book. It was a present for our 11 year old for Christmas, but has been read extensively by 11 - 80 year olds. You know what you're getting with Dennis and Co.

Oh what a joy to be in possession of this fantastic annual, I am a very mature lady of 58 and brought my Son up on the Beano, Dandy, and Bash Street Kids comics, and each Christmas the annuals always found their way into the stocking. My Son is now 25 and at Uni, but the pleasure of owning this annual is priceless, (when he's finished with it I will most certainly be borrowing it)
