WARNING - goes close to the line for those who still believe! (0/0 people found this helpful)
One of the stories "A house for a mouse" is about a girl who wants to test if Santa is real and writes a secret letter to him alongside the letter her parents knew about, much to their concern. Whilst it all ends happily, my 8 year old asked whether Santa was real and why her parents were worried about the secret letter she had sent. If you kids are past that point (or you aren't fussed about telling them straight!), then all is good but it was much to close to the line for my liking - to the extent that whilst my 8 and 5 year olds liked the stories, I'm returning the book.
