This book should be one of the freebies in any computer package you buy instead of some of the software you don't want and will never use. It's a step-by-step guide to how to fix all those niggling problems all of us have when we get "FATAL ERROR" messages and the like. A true 'idiots guide'in plain and simple language how to get over all your software and hardware problems. It covers problems from start-up to running programs, how to sort out trouble you may have on the internet, and whether you need to format the hard disc or not. This is far better than any advice you get from any help desk, and much quicker and cheaper - who likes to pay premium rates on the phone and talk to someone who doesn't understand you? Now you can tell the help desk what to do. Buy it, you won't regret it.
