4/5 stars

Martha at her best ý impossibly beautiful! (4/4 people found this helpful)

If, like me, you love the kind of interiors/crafty things that Martha does so well, you'll love this book. Impossibly beautiful, it makes you wish you really had the kind of lifestyle where you could spend hours making a cranberry wreath. As ever, the photography is stunning, and even if you don't end up doing any of the projects, there's enough in the way of beautiful images that you should at least feel like you've looked at a beautiful picture book. Most projects are impractical if you're a normal person with a life, but they're so damned aspirational that I have somehow found myself reading instructions on how to glue 360 different-sized beads to a ribbon-covered hoop in order to make the most beautiful wreath I think I've ever seen. I'm going to do it for Christmas if it kills me! Okay, so your friends will tease you about being totally anal (as mine tease me), but hey - my life is not too short to stuff a cranberry! Worth noting that some projects have already appeared in Martha Stewart Living, so not everything is new. Gorgeous nonetheless, though!
