Must-have book for busy people who are sick of knocking up a bit of pasta (or microwaving a frozen dish) and want something more, but who don't want to spend hours or don't want to go shopping first.
Most recipes are based on "crafty ingredients" that u can have hanging around in cupboard or freezer just-in-case.
Favourite so far is "Chicken Tortilla Pie" - a monster hit with anyone I've cooked it for and lends itself to vege-only version for those so inclined (or if u just dont have any chicken). And it takes 30 minutes, max.
