excelent book (0/0 people found this helpful)

I read this book in one day i could not put it down, the stroy between sunni and trill was intence and i loved it the only thing about this book i didn't like to much was the ending because it leaves you kind of baffled but then also leads tou to think up what you like in a way so the story goes how you would want it to go. i will be investing in some more of 50 cent and nicki turner's books hopefully they are all as good as this one was. defffffff a book to read!

INFACT, I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A RATING ONE!!! (0/1 people found this helpful)

I cant believe that i purchased this book. What is going on? Upon reading a review, I thought that this book would be ok. I received it within a few days of purchase, thanks to the seller. However, when i began to read the book, the story seemed a little unbelievable, but I decided to carry on, just because I had paid for the book! The characters would have been great as they lived a life that I only read and watch about. But in actual fact, it only told a piece of their life story and then went into full detail of all the material items that they had purchased. I used to watch CRIBS and dont need to know that much information in a book! VERY DISSAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. When you get to the end of the book, thats when the story begins and then the ending is.......................... not and ending. Unfortunately, I wouldn't buy another book by these authors again, I'll stick with Wahida Clark, her books are GREAT, which is also an understatement!

Really good short story with a twist at the end! (2/3 people found this helpful)

I must say I was shocked when I saw 50 cent was a co-author of this book- especially as I am not too much of a fan of his music and persona. I love Nikki Turner's books so that is the real reason I picked it up. However, I read this book in one day and I am now interested in reading some of the other novels 50 cent has co-wrote.

This book was sharp and to the point. You meet Sunni- a hardworking business owner and a 'get-money woman' in her own right. She has spent time in prison due to the ill-dealings of her ex-hustler boyfriend, and she is no mood for no crap. She knows what she wants and goes for it- plain and simple. She can spot game a mile away. In walks a big time drug dealer into her life who is on the run. However, his life is not complicated if you don't count his son from a previous relationship and a goldigging girlfriend who he owes big time- due to the fact that she held him down whilst he was in jail and she lost her leg in a robbery gone wrong thanks to him.

The story involves various events that involve all three of the characters and sends the message- that you need to know who you are trusting. Everything is not what it seems. In their world you have to make sure you are standing by one principle: death before dishonour.

Loved this book! Looking forward to the others.
