Reader Reviews:Clive at his best (2/2 people found this helpful)I have been a Clive Cussler fan for several years, but this is by far the best I have read to date. A few pages in when on a car transporter ship, the book grabs your attention with the force of a sledgehammer and doesn't let go until the very end. A must for any Clive Cussler fan, and if your not a fan read this book and you soon will be !!!! thrilling,nail-biting ,roller-coaster ride of adventure (2/4 people found this helpful)what can one say about this book , other than no word to describe absolute perfection in the literary world has been invented that can do this masterpiece justice. If you are a fan of Dirk Pitt, this is probably the best book on your shelf to date, if not , read this and you soon will be .I have read this book on more than four occasions and still find myself deeply taken into the entire scenario that is created by a superb master writer that is Clive Cussler. For me, to know what is coming and still be on the edge of your seat waiting for it to happen , is the ultimate accolade to a book writers art. Like a film that you have to see again , this is one book that needs reading over and over , just to be enveloped in the sense of occasion , of despair , and of sheer adventure and escapism , that have become the great mans stock in trade for so long. In short , this is , I believe , will be Clive Cusslers " Sertgeant Pepper".....unless!!!!!!!! Another classic Cussler tale. (6/8 people found this helpful)As with Treasure and Sahara, Dragon is also a definate Clive Cussler classic. The book is absolutely gripping from start to finish and as it is read Dirk Pitt is once again proven to be a super hero. Excellent. A Cussler classic to keep you hanging. (3/5 people found this helpful)A fantastic novel which reminds you how much everybody would like a bit of Dirk Pitt in themselves. As always Cussler keeps you entertained and occupied through-out the book with Dirk's band of merry men that follow him where ever he goes. A damn good read and not one to be missed for a Cussler fan. Similar ProductsCategoriesAmazon.co.uk places this book into the following categories:
