Very good service from Amazon, This book is very comprehensive, detailed and excellent layout. Great as a referance book, good value for money, still studying,proof of the pudding will be forthcoming results.

I ordered the book, hoping it would help me come to grips with using ebay, and, although I haven't used it yet, it has given me a lot of useful information, in readiness for when I decide to. Also, the serice by the supplier was good, as the book arrived only two days after placing the order.

yep, a decent book which is good for anyone new to ebay. gives lots of tips for buyers and sellers.

Bought this book for my mum, looks like I might have to buy another copy for myself. She finds it fairly easy to follow, slightly stumped by IT but that's part of her IT learning curve as opposed to the book causing any problems.

I was always very cautios of ebay but eventually took the plunge.
Much of this books advice can be found on ebay itself if you know where to look, but with this you don't need to! There are some good tips on strategies and ebay ettiquette, including complaints processes. I also like the fact that everything is explained from both the buyer and seller viewpoint. If you are at all nervous of using ebay, or if your selling/buying strategies aren't working then read this book.
Some information has aged slightly as ebay improve their product, so listing fees are out of date,. Paypal compensation cover has changed etc. But the principles are fine.
