Reader Reviews:Great exec coaching 'bible' (20/21 people found this helpful)In this very readable book, Mary Beth O'Neill removes the frequently feared challenge of coaching executives and senior managers. In a step by step process, she gives professionals an overview and worked examples of how it is in real life in the corporate and smal business owner world. As a coach, I found the book practical, yet encouraging. If you have coached and had some training this will top up your skills and have the confidence to do more of this much needed work. As someone once said to me, 'These people are not to be frightened of, they are flesh and bone like the rest of us!', which I have found true. These guys are just people at the end of the day and MBO very clearly and readably reinforces this view. A must read.
