Reader Reviews:One of the best books in the series (23/24 people found this helpful)This is one of the best of the 7 books currently published in the XP series. The fact that the authors have been actively implementing projects using XP for years means that the book contains clear and practical advice to those wishing to adopt XP or to improve their existing XP process. I would recommend this book as the second, after Kent Beck's "Extreme Programming Explained", that anyone interested in XP should read.
