Reader Reviews:Disappointing! (0/0 people found this helpful)I have read every Martina Cole book and my favourite has to be Two Women.
The worst book ever (0/0 people found this helpful)I am a big fan of Martina Cole but this was the worst book I have ever read. There was no story line at all and the same old paragraph was repeated throughout the book. When I say book, I gave up half way through. When I read Ladykiller, I couldnt wait to turn the next page, this book was dreadful, boring and a waste of time. Boring Boring (0/0 people found this helpful)I wish I had read the reviews for this book and like so many I would not have wasted my money. Worst Martina Cole book yet.
repetition, repetition, repetition (0/0 people found this helpful)I hadn't read a Martina Cole book for a while and until I read this one I'd forgotton why. Every other page is a repeat of one that's gone before. I totally agree with all the other reviewers, I only carried reading as I thought there might be a decent ending. But no, more of a whimper than a bang. I enjoyed Ms Coles earlier books, but the last few have just been repetition after repetition. It must be catching, I'm starting to repeat myself too. Dreadful (0/0 people found this helpful)This book could have been written in 200 pages rather than the 666 that the reader is subjected to. There is far too much repetitive description and not enough dialogue.
