Reader Reviews:Indispensible (2/2 people found this helpful)For anyone who uses or plans to use the Fedora distribution, this is the book to buy. Each topic, like "configuring sound" or "using runlevels" is treated in the same, practical fashion. A section "How do I do that?" explains what to do, "How does it work?" shows what's happening behind the scenes, "What about..." explores further options, and the section is rounded off with "Where can I learn more?" The chapters on notebooks and security are particularly valuable as information on these topics can be hard to come by, but all but the most advanced users will find something useful.
