Finally i got it today, by now it is called "FROM EYLAU TO FRIEDLAND 1807, THE POLISH CAMPAIGN"... and I am glad to say it is five stars stuff all right, the illustrations are better, the maps of the battles too, and the plates of uniforms the reason I buy the series.
Specially atractive, of course, are the more "exotic" uniforms... meaning by that The saxons, the dutch, the bavarians plates, some of the french line "Tête de colonne" musicians etc. and above all the russian uniform plates... only in NAPOLEON ET LA RUSSIE (old french big book) had I found that info before.
The 49 uniform full pages by Andre Jouineau... and two a bit smaller inserted in other pages are my prefered... I have yet to compare with other books in the series... but I think the figures are a bit larger in "scale" less figures per page but bigger... I am not sure thought... will edit when compared.

So recommended. I do not delete my ancient comments BECAUSE I do still find silly to announce a book so many months before publication... and then keep delaying it...

Do not understand also the unhelpful votes... is this for telling the truth about the whole process?

Count the stars as "provisional" because the stuff already published is...

The erratic edition (or production) of books by Histoire & Collections must be a pet subject inside the circle of Napoleonic "aficionados"...

This particular book has been announced more than a year ago!... actually I am on a list to be e-mailed when available... after having it on a pre-order basis for months!... I deleted it to try to get the rest of the books of the order!...

I am actually very satisfied with the products of this editorial and have all the books concerning French Hussars (2 existing and 1 to be published), Imperial Guard (4 existing and 1 to be published)... and also the "Battle series"... you know AUSTERLITZ, IENA, LA MOSKOWA, WAGRAM, 1814... and ocasionally in the future FRIEDLAND and BEREZINA ?!?!... why not WATERLOO eludes me... as it seems to be one of the favorites battles of a lot of wargamers (PRO and ANTI NAPOLEON!)... maybe even one day we will see a TOULOUSE one!... the nearly always forgotten battle of the Empire!...

Will edit review the day I finally get it!
