A book that would grace any coffee table (2/2 people found this helpful)
I bought this book having stayed at Carole's hotel and having visited several of the places mentioned in it. I had high expectations, having sampled the menu at the hotel, and the book didn't disappoint.
It has very good descriptions of the West Coast of Scotland Seafood trail as well as very simple but delicious recipes and beautiful photographs. A book that will tempt the reader to visit the area as well as sample the food.
