Anyone who thinks this book is only for the novice, interested in the basics, would be very mistaken. Yes Dr Mostert has created a book that introduces newcomers to the world of intellectual property but he has also managed to fill a gap for more serious students. How do I know? My daughter is studying for her final law exams and began to delve into my copy. Her IP course work result? A first.
