Good buy (1/1 people found this helpful)

This is an interesting selection of short stories by Bangladeshi women, however most of these women are from Bangladesh as opposed to being born in UK and being Bengali.

Most of the stories are set in the olden days and while reading the stories i could see how they would relate more to my mother's era, I am 26 and I couldn't really get into the stories, some of them were good reads, but some were hard to get into even though they were short!

Would be great to have a book like this but with stories by Asian authors from UK.
