I found this book extremely valuable before my first visit to Goa last year, and although some of the prices listed are now a little out-of-date, I have still found myself referring to this frequently in preparation for this year's trip. It is most valuable if you plan to book all your own accommodation and arrange the whole holiday for yourself, as it provides numerous useful contact numbers and accurate reviews. It is certainly the best book that I have seen published as a guide to Goa, and is second only to having someone on hand who has a comprehensive knowledge of the place!
