Although not expecting too much for the price I was very pleasantly surprised to see most of the traditional dishes represented in an extraordinarily easy to follow style. Everything is here to produce anything from the simplest side dish to a full extravagant spread. I can highly recommend this book - it definitely does what is says on the cover !
