My children, myself and even my elderly father, survived countless long journeys in the car with the help of these stories by Rik Mayall. He is incredibly entertaining and you can't help laughing out loud even though the story isn't particularly funny - it's just the brilliant way he tells it. This tape is wonderful for your kids to grow up to because each of the Grimms tales has a moral and the way Rik Mayall tells the story makes it really easy for the kids to pick it up. I'm sure its had a beneficial influence on my children's value system. My tapes are now worn and nearly dead from so much use so would dearly love for them to be re-released so I can give them as gifts to other families - here and in America. They make a car journey whizz by; fill your car with laughter and you never tire of them ....
