An overall outstanding book. I have written this review so hopefully Karl will read it, and my review will spur him on to write another book.
I read it in two days laughed out load lots, I was only disappointed when I got to the end. I still keep dipping in and reading the chapters again just to keep myself entertained.
Buy this book.

let me first say that i think karl is amazing. if you havn't heard the ricky, steve and karl podcasts then you really have missed a treat, it's the best thing ive ever had the pleasure of listening to. anyway the book an that. check it out if ya like it buy it if not don't.

Just like the inarticulate travel stories as told by your mate down the pub. Unfortunately, just like your inarticulate mate down the pub, nothing interesting actually happens to him and he has no special insight to cast on the circumstances he finds himself in. A factually accurate account of 90% of holidays I am sure, but not worth a book...

This book is laugh out loud funny. Really, it is hilarious... but it's not a travel book. And it's definitely not the work of a genius. Mr Pilkington is quite mad, and the book resembles drunken pub talk.
But it is very funny.
