Hurricane Force is a thriller about the weather (sounds odd I know) and how the weather or to be more precise elements of the weather can be used for military purposes, the purportraitors being Castleton Computing, a large computer programming company who wish to use Jakes powers in order to harness the power fo the weather to sell to the US for military purposes.
I have found Hurricane Force to be just as good as Malcolm Roses other works. And I think that it is a must read.
