This book contains 50 versatile recipes to make iced tea for any occasion. The recipes range from classics to herbal infusions to spritzers to cocktail teas. Each recipe begins with a brief history about the tea concerned and is clearly presented using simple language and most are accompanied by colour photographs of the finished product. There is chapter dedicated to "adults only" about teas containing alcohol with fancy names such as "beach bourbon slush" and "green tea martini" and is I must say my personal favourite. This book would be of interest to anyone as it covers a wide range of teas, and would make any cocktail party more interesting and exciting, a must for any kitchen collection.
