Reader Reviews:Rather disappointing (12/13 people found this helpful)This book takes you on a step-by-step guide through Keynote and some of the desktop publishing elements of Pages. The problem is that there is little in the way of explanation of what you are doing - you simply follow a series of instructions. There are times when the instructions do not lead to the desired result. A novice following this book would then get stuck. The quality of the editing leaves something to be desired with several obvious mistakes in the text. The word processing elements of Pages are not covered at all. Presumably it is expected that the reader will be familiar with a program such as Word.
