Have used this book to reinforce foundation stage learning of phonics. Also to help for speech sound awareness.
Used it to listen and learn a few sounds at a time. My daughter of 5 half now follows sounds herfself on the CD.

If you are thinking of buying this for using at home, be aware that it is designed for classroom use. The book is large format and inappropriate for sharing with your child on a one-to-one basis. Each jingle is very brief.
I have no doubt teachers would find it useful but I sent it back!

Jolly jingles really reinforces the Jolly Phonics letter and sound recognition. I feel that this book would benefit any reception class and would really do well for pre-school aged children to get to grips with phonics in a fun way.
I feel that this will help your child learn the phonics thus giving they ahead start to starting to read and write on their own.
