Reader Reviews:Lively, entertaining and inspired by Will! (16/17 people found this helpful)Juggling mixes family romance, with mix-ups in identity and different 'twinnings' of people! It uses carnivalesque and carnival through its presentation of the Halloween scene as well as Joe's passion for cookery. Juggling is used as a metaphor to describe the action within the book; it spins around, all has relation to one another and is representative of the lively protagonist 'Christina'. The narrative is hilarious with Christina as a child siding with Granny P against her father, Joe. Their arguments from pancakes to clothes are hilarious! Read it! Fun but rather complicated (6/7 people found this helpful)Far too many characters make this book pretty confusing at times, but the action is fast and fascinating. Great fun but unputdownable or you lose the plot!
