I bought this item for a present for my partner who had just returned from working in Dubai where Lebanese food is very popular. The book missed out some basic Lebanese dishes, but the most disappointing thing was that we could not understand the weights for the ingredients. They were all written in cups and spoons, with no mention of grams or even ounces. There was not even a conversion chart so it was most unhelpful. Unfortunately this gift has found its way to the back of a cupboard after never being used!!!!
