Reader Reviews:Please read me! (1/2 people found this helpful)Is there room for yet another book on The Beatles? Probably not, but then again this is a book detailing the solo work of Lennon and McCartney, and with their plethora of post Fabs output, there has been a need for a critical disection for some time. Beginning with McCartney's first solo project, 'Love In The Open Air', and running through to 'Ecce Cor Meum' from September 2006, author John Blaney tries to examine the undoubted highs as well as the embarrassing lows.
