As usual, anything from Macromedia Press is complete, but is a little difficult to adapt to what you want to do.
The lesson plans are simple to follow and produce the required results, but it can be a little difficlut to adapt when you have learned to a real world project - there is so much going on in each lesson it's tricky to work out which code is for which topic.
All in all, though, it's a good book.
