Out of date. Not informative in any way. Most Websites no longer exist. A complete waste of money. One 3 minute call to the immigration department will help you more.

After reading the huge title I bought the book. Its not a complete guide, far from it.
It is outdated, but apart from that it has too many errors on 'HOW TO' stay. One would expect a book on HOW TO stay, (after all it has that in the title.) I expected to find information on HOW TO stay in the United States. The tiny section on visa and administration could be collected from a small out of date brochure.
Putting that aside, it does have some good facts on working in America, it needs a new title and correct facts. I would like to give it minus 3 stars but I am forced to give it 1 star.

It is a nice book for how to find a job in the USA. But does not infrom the readers how to get a work permit very well.
It is very well written and flows weill, its not like a text book. Its a little outdated and does not cover individual states

Huge amount of errors and mistakes, The editor has tried but, he has it wrong, I would avoid this book.

If you need a book like this get "Living and Working in America (Living & Working in America)" by David Hampshire, not this one. Hampshire's book is pretty much the same price but contains MUCH more (pertinent) info and feels more up-to-date.
