(6/7 people found this helpful)As a chef working in a rural area I found sourcing some of the ingredients difficult, once that was done I did have fun.The hepfull hints section especially regarding tequila was very useful.I found this to be a well laid out clearly written book that once a stock of basic commodities has been built up easy to use.
