Reader Reviews:Great book if you want to get under the hood of Mac OS X.4 (2/2 people found this helpful)The book is Huges and is it not for people how do not want to work with the terminal and the UNIX core of the operating system as most of the book is about this. If you want to learn more about the core of the system then this book will help you alot. I cannot give it 5 stars however as I think it was released a bit early. A lot of the writings is about features that was still in beta at the writing. Waiting 2-3 monts with the release would have provided the authors with the possibility of checking if Apple got it working or not. The chapter about ACL is an example of that.
