I have just read this book to my six year old son. Without realising it I couldn't have found a more perfect book. We are emigrating in a few weeks and this book explores the bonds of friendship and the timescale involved in having a really good mate for life. The drawings are exquisite. It will be treasured .... and bought as a gift for the great friends we are leaving behind.
