Although this book is quite well written is slightly out of date for certain aspects of the exam, however the DVD does not work properly in so far as the menu goes.
The additions you supposedly get from the website are erroneous to say the least because although you do get a test engine it does not map anywhere near the real exam and I have had to purchase other books and test engines to study for this exam.
The main problem about this item is that you supposedly get an e version of it from the website and you need a password for it from customer support to open the zip file and in addition you supposedly get another e book about windows xp for which you also need a password from customer support, why were they not on the DVD as in the past.
They also do not answer their emails for you to obtain this password and in fact,if you have any errors from the software and/or questions to them they do not seem to answer your queries at all.
Not like previous Syngress books I have bought, stay well clear there are better overall packages/books on the market.
