Reader Reviews:Very good, especially at this price! (18/18 people found this helpful)This book is just what I wanted. After an introduction to Mexico, the way of life, culture and cooking techniques, it's straight in there with some lovely mouth watering dishes. The photography is very good, especially as the photos are not just of the food but of the people and scenery of Mexico too. You get to feel the atmosphere of the place, as you cook your chilli!!!! It's interesting to read about the different versions of chilli con carne too. Starters, soups, meats and deserts are covered. Excellent, a worthy addition to the bookshelf. One minor point is the text is quite small, so if your eyesight is poor even with glasses/contacts then maybe it is not for you. In computer terms it is font size 8 or 9 i would say. Don't let this put you off too much as it really is a nice little book.
