Reader Reviews:Do a little research! (2/3 people found this helpful)Turkish is completely phonetic so there's no need for a guide to pronunciation if you learn how to pronounce the THREE letters which do not resemble their English equivalents.
beginner at Turkish (22/24 people found this helpful)I thought this would be a good pocket guide, unfortunately it is aimed at the Turkish tourist speaking English, All the English words are spelt out how they sound, but none of the Turkish ones are. so not really much use for a trip to Turkey !!
