Wonderfuly written, moving, personal account of the life of Mike Tomkies German Shepherd. A close relationship developed between man and dog, in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands. Surrounded by the wildlife that the author loves so much, living primitively by a loch, he describes the joys and heartaches of their years together.To be recommended to any lover of dogs,wildlife, remote places or Mike Tomkie books.
