Reader Reviews:brilliant!!!!!! (0/0 people found this helpful)really good and a very wierd book. im 13 and i think there really funny and can be for anyone to read. im hopefully goin to get the 1st i and 3rd one soon My nickname is flanifan (0/0 people found this helpful)This is the second in the best series of books ever, gervais is the funniest man alive so this is a great laugh, trust me, I got this in primary seven and my class was queuing up to borrow it, we even invented some of our own flanimals too. nuff said, this book is AWESOME!!! buy it, then buy all the others then buy them all again. hillarous (3/3 people found this helpful)This second flaminals book has even more hillarous flaminals like the, squat, dweezle muzzgrub, pong flibber and the skwunt. It contains a funny story about a curious baby blunging and his discovery of nothing and it also has family trees of eveloution over the years. What I enjoyed mostly of this book would be finding new flaminals, seeing inside a glonk and being shown a skinned baby minbulaur. I also enjoyed a voting of who was stronger out of the adult minerbular and the squat. Who would you put your money on? I recomend this book for children and even adults to enjoy and laugh their socks of with! My kids adore these books! (2/2 people found this helpful)Yes they're fun, but they've also provoked lots of discussion in our house about evolution, which has tied in with my younger son's dinosaur obesession, and about the state of the planet today. So fired up were my boys that they went away and made a book of their own showing how different (invented) creatures evolved into others, and describing food chains and fighting strategies. We bought the books two months ago and my kids haven't stopped talking about them since. Flanimals will live forever (3/3 people found this helpful)Flanimals was superb and now it has only 1 rival. More Flanimals. This time around Gervais goes into evolution, Flanatonomy and of course more Flanimals. it contains everything the first did and more. No book humour can rival the shire plain stupidity of the humour that Flanimals can.
