From the first lady of New Zealand cookery, real recipes for real people. Simple to make, no complicated ingredients which are impossible to find, every recipe tastes great and works every time.
Having been away from New Zealand nearly 10 years I've worn out my old copy of this, its been used so much by myself and all my friends its pages were disintegrating.
All the recipes also lend themselves to modification and experiment, muffins in the southern hemisphere are not merely cakes baked in a muffin pan, savoury muffins are a particular favourite and cafes rise or fall on the strength and variety of their muffins
