Reader Reviews:A waste of time (2/2 people found this helpful)I bought this book as a second year dental student to help me with all the new technical words I was learning. Unfortunately, I found that 8 out of 10 words that I attempted to look up were not there and these were words that should be in any decent dental dictionary. Instead, the dictionary is filled with pointless words such as 'orders' and 'qualified'. Two years later I am still struggling to understand how these managed to be included in a dental dictionary and I would advise everyone to stay clear from this so called 'dental' dictionary. Essential One for all in dental world (2/2 people found this helpful)Mosby's Dental Dictionary is the one we need to keep with us who are dental professionals. It is not only for dental professionals, but all in dental world also. It also give us the complicated pronunciation by clicking on the item and/or word. The enclosed CD-Rom is useful because we can also access to the internet directly and quick search of the vocabularly that you want to know. Easiest and quickest!!
