Reader Reviews:Beautifully presented book! (0/0 people found this helpful)As the title suggests, this book is packed with pictures, both posed studio-type shots and plenty of cricket actions shots from all stages of Flintoff's career. There is a good amount of biographical text the whole way through the book. The text written by Patrick Murphy is used in conjunction with the appropriate photos from the part of Flintoff's career he's writing about, and using quotes from Flintoff himself...taken from interviews for the book etc. All the photos have captions describing what they are...all these captions were written by Flintoff, often resulting in funny remarks. Although this book was published in 2004, the biographical information is still worthwhile and it is very interesting to read....knowing that Flintoff had no idea what he would achieve in 2005! This is a gorgeous book....my favourite picture being the shot of Flintoff, holding up his bat, split in half, playing against South Africa in 2003. All the pictures are stunning. An excellent book. 5 stars! CategoriesAmazon.co.uk places this book into the following categories:
