Reader Reviews:Excellent (0/0 people found this helpful)Great story from Danielle Steel. This is one of the first novels I'd read of hers a few years back.
A favourite (0/0 people found this helpful)This is by far the best Danielle Steel book I have read. I also happen to like the subject of the Titanic, so both together is a winning combination! very courageous (1/1 people found this helpful)Edwina showed great courage and strenghth, in looking after her siblings, even after the death of her parents. Book about great sacrifice, love and suffering. A very good insight into her emotional development, and her qualities in letting go when neccessry. One of d.s good books. Fantastic (0/0 people found this helpful)This is my all time favourite Danielle Steel...it is fantastic, the story puts you on the edge of your seat...you can't put it down...you'll cry more than once! You want to be there for Edwina... you will not want this book to end...it's brilliant. The film version is fab too.... excellent heart rending story (1/1 people found this helpful)Danielle at her very best .you really cried with edwina when she lost different members of her family . she never gave up despite all the odds.and for her to find happiness at the end of the book was brillant.
